Frequently asked questions
Everything we are asked most often.
Who is Romy?
+
Romy is a Tahitian practitioner who blends palmistry, astrology, Chinese zodiac, numerology and tarot, rooted in Polynesian wisdom. Her full bio is on the home page.
How does the consultation work?
+
You fill in a form with your birth data, send a photo of your left palm, draw 3 Tarot cards yourself, and pay. Your full reading arrives in your private space within minutes — and by email.
How long until I receive my reading?
+
Usually 1 to 5 minutes after payment. You can close the page and come back later via the link sent by email.
Is my data safe?
+
Yes. Your palm photo stays on our server and is never public. The PDF is only accessible through your personal signed link. No data is ever sold.
Is the payment secure?
+
Yes — payment is processed directly by Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay and credit cards). No banking data passes through our site.
What exactly is included for 6,900 F?
+
A full PDF reading, lifetime access to your private space, 12 weekly follow-up emails over 3 months, one follow-up question, a spiritual ID card, and a personal constellation.
Can I get a refund?
+
The service is delivered immediately (a personalised reading), so the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. However, if there's a technical issue or a clearly faulty reading, write to contact@romytahiti.com and we'll find a solution.
What if I don't know my birth time?
+
No problem. Romy can read your sun and moon with just the date. The ascendant requires the exact time — without it, that section will be honestly omitted.
Does the reading replace a doctor or therapist?
+
Never. It's an introspection and reflection tool. For medical, legal or psychological matters, consult a qualified professional.
Can I gift a session?
+
Yes — go to the Gift page: pay online and receive instantly a unique code to share, with no expiration.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
+
Every follow-up email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. One click is enough — immediate and final.
