Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern all sales made on https://romytahiti.com between ManaProcess ("the Seller") and any adult individual ("the Customer").

2. Service offered

The Seller provides a personalised consultation including: - A full reading combining palmistry, Western astrology, Chinese zodiac, numerology and tarot - A personal PDF - A secure personal private space - 12 weekly follow-up emails over 3 months - One written or voice follow-up question included

3. Price

The consultation costs 6,900 F CFP (≈ €58 · ≈ $63), or 8,000 F CFP for a couple session (≈ €67 · ≈ $73). Payment is processed in euros via Stripe — your bank then converts to your local currency.

4. Payment

Credit card or wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay) via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin, Irlande. No banking data passes through the Seller's servers.

5. Service delivery

Execution of the service starts as soon as payment is confirmed. The personalised guidance is made available in the Customer's private space within 24 hours. Some readings may be available sooner, without that shorter timeframe being guaranteed. An email with the access link is sent as soon as it is available.

6. Right of withdrawal

Per article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this is personalised digital content whose execution starts as soon as payment is confirmed, with the Customer's express consent. By checking the acceptance box, the Customer requests that immediate execution and expressly waives the 14-day cooling-off right.

6 bis. Satisfaction guarantee (in-house commitment)

In addition to legal rights, the Seller commits to a full refund if the Customer requests it within 7 days of the guidance being made available, by simply emailing [email protected]. No justification is required. This guarantee deliberately goes beyond what the law requires: it aims at the Customer's real satisfaction, not just the technical compliance of the service.

7. Nature of the service

Consultations offered by ManaProcess are intended exclusively for guidance and personal development purposes. They are not, under any circumstance, medical, paramedical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and do not substitute consultation with a qualified professional.

For any health concern, psychological distress, legal or financial question, the Customer is invited to consult a licensed professional. The Seller declines all responsibility for any use the Customer would make of the reading in place of such professional advice.

7 bis. Audience — adults only

The service is strictly reserved to adults (18 years old and over). By ticking the acceptance box upon booking, the Customer declares on their honour to be of legal age. ManaProcess reserves the right to cancel and refund any order from a minor as soon as it becomes aware of it.

8. Liability

The Seller commits to all reasonable care. Liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer.

10. Disputes
